Processing Times

All EVGI Home products are carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from our studio in the United States.

Processing times vary depending on the item type:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
  • Handmade or made-to-order items: 1–7 business days
  • Personalized/customized products: 1–10 business days

During holidays, sales events, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Personalized & Custom Orders

Customized or personalized items may require additional production time before shipping.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we begin production shortly after purchase.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the product
  • packaging
  • shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

EVGI Home is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or theft after delivery confirmation.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
